In the first weeks we map your end-to-end processes on Microsoft's Business Process Catalog, decide with you what is in scope, check what the standard covers and agree a plan by process area. The team that writes the concept also implements it.

The Name
Balsoft goes back to the surname of our founders, Ayse Sevgi Balveren and Ertugrul Balveren. "Bal" is the Turkish word for honey, and "Balveren" literally means "the one who gives honey". The family has carried this name for generations: because their ancestors were honey producers, the family was given this name. The craft never left the family: Ertugrul’s grandfather produced honey, and his father keeps bees to this day. Ertugrul grew up among beehives and has admired the way bees work ever since: organized, hardworking, and always for the colony as a whole. We took their way of working as our model and built our company on it. Like a hive, we put many specialists to work on one result: your running system. That is why our product family is called Hive, and why a bee colony accompanies you across this website.
